Zadrugarstvo

Šok ZaDruga je primarni projekat najistaknutijeg umetničkog i aktivističkog fenomena koji je obeležio srpsku umetničku praksu tokom postjugoslovenskog rata i posleratnog vremena – Led Art (1993 – 2001). Multimedijalni centar “Led Art” (MMC “Led Art”) kontekstualno preimenuje Art kliniku (2002-2012) u Šok ZaDrugu. Njen program se trenutno realizuje u okviru tri galerijska prostora u Novom Sadu – Centralna galerija Šok ZaDruge, Šok koridor, Šok Bulevar, dok su povremeno aktivni Šok Partizan i Šok ŠOSO. Više o prostorima Šok ZaDruge.

Šok ZaDruga prekraja zadate institucionalne i disciplinarne okvire, formuliše nove, „divlje“, nekonvencionalne modele saradnje, centar zamenjuje periferijom, podrum javnim prostorom. Šok ZaDruga svojom umetničkom praksom preispituje aktuelne političke, umetničke i ekološke pojave.

The Shock Cooperative is a main project of the most prominent art activist phenomena that marked Serbian art practice during ex-Yugoslavia war and post war time – Led Art (1993 – 2001). Multimedial Centre Led Art (MMC LED ART) is contextually renaming Art Clinic (2002-2012) into The Shock Cooperative. Its program is currently being realized within three gallery spaces in Novi Sad – Shock Cooperative’s Central Gallery, Shock Corridor and Shock Bulevar, while Shock Partizan and Shock ŠOSO are occasionally active. More about the spaces of The Shock Cooperative.

The Shock cooperative is redrawing the assigned institutional and disciplinary frames, formulating new, “wild”, unconventional models of cooperation, replacing the periphery with center, basement with public space. The Shock Cooperative realizes its work through artistic practice, re-examining current political, artistic and ecological phenomena. One of the most important activities of The Shock Cooperative is the activation and involvement of young creators, with special emphasis on active work with the community in which it lives and works. The Shock Cooperative is implementing several permanent projects, such as The Total sale of art – a project aimed at re-examining the market and market logic in the constantly fluid political and economic system of transitional post-socialist states

The Shock Cooperatives are Nikola Džafo, Silvia Dražić, Željko Grulović, Darija Dragojlović, Nemanja Milenković, Andrea Palašti, Filip Markovinović, Vladimir Ilić, Ivana Purtić, Vesna Grginčević, Stefan Ilić, Nina Komel, Lidija Krnjajić, Újházi Adrienn and others with the belief that ONLY CO-OPERATIVES CAN SAVE THE WORLD FROM DISASTER!
